How We Got Here
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the relationship between work and life—and how technology, leadership, and culture shape that experience. I’ve spent over a decade consulting with top organizations, helping them improve productivity, leadership, and engagement through the lens of behavioral science.
My core belief? When we make work better, we make life better.
But a little while ago, I hit a wall. More accurately—I burned out. And as someone who built a career advocating for healthier, more human-centered workplaces, I realized I needed to step back and take my own medicine. So, I did something that felt radical: I paused. I gave myself time to reflect, recover, and reconnect with the why behind my work.
Nine months later, I’m not “finished” (and that’s the point)—but I am ready. Ready to share what I’ve learned. Ready to question outdated assumptions about work. And ready to help leaders like you build workplaces that are as thoughtful and powerful as the people in them.
